2021 marks the 10th anniversary edition of Chinese Visual Festival, the UK’s only festival dedicated to the cinema of the Chinese language speaking world, featuring a carefully curated selection of fantastic films.
This year’s event sees a highly anticipated return to in-person screenings for CVF, with a line-up of unprecedented variety, covering a wide range of genres, forms and subjects, welcoming film lovers back to cinemas with ten days of unmissable films and discussion events. The programme includes a number of UK and London premieres, giving audiences the rare chance to catch these films on the big screen where they belong.
